Terms of Use:
Our website and any of its contents are being offered to attract the interest of domain name buyers and made available purely for informational or general purposes. At our sole discretion, we will sell a domain name or package of domain names based on mutual agreement. Any offers that don't meet the minimum price that is deemed reasonable regardless of what the buyer/broker perceives as their interpretation of what is and isn't reasonable will lead to a continuation of extended negotiation or a termination of communication all together. We will not under any circumstances tolerate any abusive, intimidating or threatening behaviour from potential buyers, brokers or any third party acting on behalf of a buyer whether that buyer is an individual or corporate simply because the pricing of our domain(s) doesn't achieve the desired outcome they were hoping for; with that being said, we aim to offer a premium and exclusive product that will have a price tag to reflect the quality on offer. If you feel that your budget falls out of the pricing range that is presented to you, then we would suggest you retract your interest and visit plenty of other websites that will meet your financial objectives; bearing in mind what we are offering for sale cannot and will not be found anywhere else!

Process of Negotiation:
We will offer the option to potential buyers at our discretion to request a marketplace Auction with an agreed minimum if we cannot agreed on a selling price. That reserve will serve as the selling price however it will attract competition on a global scale and will be sold at what the market is prepared to pay on the Sedo.com platform. If you don't wish this to occur, then our asking price will need to be met or close to it, alternatively all negotiations will be terminated.
For all domain names that lead to a sale without a Marketplace Auction, amounts exceeding $10k+ will be handled by Escrow.com for the peace of mind of all parties. Any amount under $10k will be completed via direct deposit. Alternative payments solutions will only be entertained by agreement via phone and email.
